This Privacy Policy explains what personal data FreeOO.IN collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. FreeOO.IN is a price-comparison, travel-deals and coupons website operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We've tried to write this in plain language and to describe only what the site actually does today - not a generic template.

Who we are

FreeOO.IN (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent affiliate comparison site. We are not a retailer, airline, hotel or bank, and we do not process payments or take orders. When you decide to buy something, you leave our site and transact directly with the merchant. Our registered operating location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What personal data we collect

When you create an account

If you sign up for a FreeOO.IN account, we collect the name, email address and passwordyou provide. Your password is never stored in readable form - it is hashed (scrambled one-way) before it's saved, so we cannot see it. Your email is also used to verify your account and to send the transactional messages described below.

If you sign in with Google

You may choose to sign in using Google Sign-In instead of creating a password. If you do, Google shares a basic profile with us - typically your name, email address and profile picture - so we can create or match your account. We do not receive your Google password. Using Google Sign-In is entirely optional; you can always use a regular email-and-password account instead.

Security and abuse-prevention data

To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse, we log the IP addressand browser user-agent of certain sensitive requests - for example signups, logins, password resets and outbound “go to merchant” clicks. These security logs are used only to detect and block malicious activity (such as bots, credential-stuffing or scraping) and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Things you save

If you use account features such as your wishlist, price alerts or stock alerts, we store the items and target prices you choose so we can show them back to you and email you when a price drops or an item is back in stock. We do not store any payment-card or bank details, because we never take payments - all purchases happen on the merchant's own site.

Your display preferences

Your chosen display currency and languageare stored on your own device (in your browser's local storage and a translation cookie), not in your account. They let the site remember to show prices in your currency and translate the page for you. We also detect your browser's language and region locale to pick sensible defaults on your first visit; this happens in your browser and is not stored on our servers.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics/ads cookies won't stop you using the core comparison features, though some conveniences may work less smoothly.

Emails we send

We send transactional emails - such as account verification, password-reset links and alert notifications - through Brevo, our email delivery provider. These emails relate to your account and requests; we are a small team and do not run marketing spam campaigns. Brevo processes your email address solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Affiliate links and how we make money

FreeOO.IN is an affiliate marketing website. Many of the outbound links to products, travel bookings and coupons are affiliate links, which means that if you click through and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant - at no extra cost to you. To make attribution work, clicking an outbound link may pass a referral tag to the merchant and set a cookie on their site; this is standard for affiliate programs. Earning a commission never changes the price you pay, and our rankings are driven by data (price, discount, rating), not by commission.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with the service providers named above (Google for analytics/ads/sign-in, Cloudflare for Turnstile, Brevo for email) strictly so they can perform their function, and with authorities if we are legally required to. Affiliate merchants receive only what your browser sends them when you click an outbound link, plus our referral tag.

How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove your personal profile information. Security logs (such as IP records) are retained only for as long as they're useful for abuse prevention and are kept separate from account profiles.

Your rights and how to contact us

You can access, correct or delete your account information, and you can ask us questions about how your data is handled. Because data requests are often handled faster by a direct email than a web form, the quickest route is to email us at freeooindia2026@gmail.com. You can also reach us through our Contact Uspage. Please tell us clearly what you'd like us to do (for example, “delete my account”) and use the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.

Children

FreeOO.IN is intended for adults who shop and plan travel online. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

As FreeOO.IN grows we may update this policy - for example if we add a new feature or a new third-party tool. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
