These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FreeOO.IN, a price-comparison, travel-deals and coupons website operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using the site - whether or not you create an account - you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Please read these alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms.

1. What FreeOO.IN does

FreeOO.IN aggregates and compares prices, travel options and offers, and links you out to third-party merchants to complete a purchase or booking. In practice the site lets you:

• compare product prices across multiple merchants and view their price history;
• search flights, hotels and holiday packages and click through to a travel partner to book;
• browse coupons and discount codes by category or store;
• read our blog and deal guides;
• optionally create an account to save a wishlist and set price-drop and stock alerts by email; and
• view prices in your preferred currency and read the site in your preferred language.

We are not the seller and we do not process payments. Your actual purchase or booking is a contract between you and the merchant or travel provider, on their terms. See our Disclaimer for the limits of our role and for details of our affiliate relationships.

1a. Currency conversion and translated content

As a convenience, FreeOO.IN can display prices converted into a currency you choose and can machine-translate the site into your language. Converted prices use periodically-updated exchange rates and are indicative approximations- the merchant charges in its own currency, and the amount you actually pay (including any conversion done by your card or bank) is set at the merchant's checkout. Machine translations are provided by a third-party engine and may be inaccurate or incomplete; where there is any difference, the original English content and the merchant's own information prevail. Your currency and language choices are stored on your own device (in your browser) and can be changed at any time.

2. Acceptable use

When using FreeOO.IN, you agree that you will not:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to infringe anyone else's rights;
• scrape, harvest, spider or bulk-download content or data from the site, or use bots or automated tools against it, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, other users' accounts, or our systems, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, for example by overloading it, circumventing our rate-limiting or bot checks, or introducing malware; or
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the site's content or comparison data without our written permission.

To keep the site available and secure, we operate automated protections (including request rate-limiting, a bot-detection check on signup and login, and IP-based blocking of abusive traffic). We may suspend or block access that appears to breach these Terms.

3. Your account

Some features - such as saving a wishlist or setting price and stock alerts - require an account, which you can create with your name, email and a password, or via Google Sign-In (see Sign up and Log in). You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date;
• keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account; and
• all activity that happens under your account.

You must verify your email address to use certain account features. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or is used abusively; where we do so for security reasons, a blocked account will not be able to sign in.

4. Intellectual property

The FreeOO.IN name, logo, site design, original text, and the compilation and presentation of listings and comparison data are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping and travel research. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Product names, merchant names, brand names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the products, offers and merchants we link to. Their appearance on FreeOO.IN does not imply any endorsement of us by those owners.

5. Third-party content and availability

Prices, availability, offer terms, ratings and other listing details come from or relate to third-party merchants and can change or be inaccurate. We provide the site “as is” and “as available”, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is current or in stock. Always confirm the final details on the merchant's own site before you buy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeOO.IN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from: your reliance on prices, availability or other information shown on the site; your dealings with, or any purchase or booking made through, a third-party merchant; or the unavailability of, or errors in, the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Because we are a free comparison service and are not a party to your purchases, our role is limited to pointing you to offers - the merchant is responsible for the product or service you buy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time - for example when we add features or need to reflect legal or operational changes. When we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FreeOO.IN after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
